Our Story
Founded in August of 2024, Haus of Euro was born out of a simple truth: euro car owners deserve better service and a higher standard of repair quality while not having to suffer hugely inflated dealership pricing. What began as just a conversation between Co-workers at BMW North Scottsdale, seasoned automotive professionals, Owners Austin and Richard began a mission to redefine what true Euro repair and performance shops could look like.
With over three decades of combined experience as lead technicians and managing rolls in both dealership environments and performance centric shops with brands such as BMW, Audi, and Volkswagen. Austin and Rich set out to build the kind of shop they always wished existed, after seeing firsthand what doesn’t work in the industry, dealerships treating every car like a checklist and every customer like a number with inflated prices and rushed timelines, shops that hide behind jargon and surprise fees leaving owners in the dark, and others cutting corners by selling you aftermarket and generic parts and passing them off as OEM equivalent to do quick fixes that only lead to repeat problems and frustration.
They knew European cars demand more, so they created something different: a house built by real enthusiasts with real expertise, people who own, work on, and even drift & race these cars, who hunt down problems, and understand every nuance of Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and Volkswagen over engineering.
With dealer-level diagnostic tools and equipment but the flexibility and personal care of a family ran independent shop, They’ve created a place that delivers precision without the impersonal feel or cost. Here, clarity and honesty come first, with straightforward communication and upfront recommendations so you always know the why behind the work. Whether you’re in for routine maintenance such as a Liqui Moly oil change or brake fluid flush, complex diagnostics, ECU tune, exhaust install, or a full on performance build, Haus of Euro is a home for enthusiasts, where your goals become our goals, and your car is treated with the passion and respect it deserves.
Haus of Euro is more than a shop, it’s a home for all German car owners & enthusiasts, a place to share stories, chase performance, and trust your car to people who love these machines as much as you do.
From Tempe to the greater Phoenix valley, drivers aren’t just customers, they’re part of the Haus family. Because true service isn’t just about fixing cars; it’s about building trust, delivering performance, and creating long-lasting relationships based on honesty, quality, passion, and performance.
Welcome home. Welcome to Haus of Euro.

Stetson P.
Service Manager
With over 13 years in the automotive industry, Stetson has worked his way through nearly every corner of the business—starting out as a technician where he spent 3 years, moving into 9 years as a service writer, and now leading as a Service Manager at Haus of Euro. That journey not only gave him technical expertise but also a deep understanding of what customers truly need when they bring their cars in.
When he’s not at the shop, you’ll likely find him working on cars, playing video games, at the range, tending to his indoor plants, out camping, or just enjoying time with his son.
Stetson truly loves the automotive industry as it allows him to combine his passion for cars with his passion for helping people. He often says that if you don’t genuinely care about people, you won’t last long in automotive—because this line of work is about more than just turning wrenches. For him, every day is about solving problems, earning trust, and making sure every customer drives away with confidence.
